Sports Rehabilitator 

Terry has worked in the Health and Fitness industry for 20 years.

He is a highly experienced and successful Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist and Rehabilitate.

In 2011 Terry completed his degree and graduated with a Bsc (Hons) Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. Terry is affiliated with the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Therapists and recognised as a Level 3 Fitness Professional by the Register of Exercise Professionals.

Terry is absolutely committed to his profession. His clients testify to the highest standard of care and attention. He offers a targeted combination of Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation with Personal Training techniques that achieves great results for his clients. His focus is always for his clients to return to full fitness , where they often perform better post injury than before. Terry passionately believes in reducing the risks of injury through preventative and proactive interventions in health, fitness and lifestyle.

Terry works with a wide range of clients, with a wide range of needs and expectations.

He has worked with professional sports clubs , including Bristol City Football and Gloucester Rugby. He works with clients with assorted injuries , including Knee , Back , Shoulder and Foot conditions among others. Terry enjoys working with individuals and teams to achieve with their fitness ambitions. He specialising in injury management and functional conditioning including sports specific exercise for short and long term performance. Terry uses many therapeutic skills including deep tissue massage and medical accupuncture. Terry works with Personal Training Clients with goals including weight loss, pre and post natal exercise, and others who need help to rebuild motivation and direction with their exercise. He has a wide variety of clients working with men, women and young people with a variety of abilities and goals.

Terry’s energy, passion and belief in health and fitness has been with him since childhood. He has participated in many sports, including representing his county in Judo. He continues to practice his martial arts, is a keen cyclist and always fancied getting into Parkour, though mainly now tries to out-bounce his 2 sons.
